Refund Policy

List2Sheet Pro is a one-time purchase of digital software. Except where required by applicable law, Paddle's applicable buyer or refund policies, or the circumstances described below, completed purchases are generally non-refundable.

If a material technical problem prevents List2Sheet Pro from functioning substantially as described, please contact us so we can investigate and try to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot reasonably be resolved, we may approve a refund where appropriate. We may also review duplicate charges or other clear billing errors.

Refund eligibility does not cover a change of mind, failure to use the product, incompatibility that was clearly disclosed before purchase, or issues caused by websites changing their structure, restricting access, or blocking automated interaction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may ask for the purchase email, transaction reference, and reasonable details needed to locate the order and understand the issue. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.
